At our third annual EmpowerHer Summit, women from every season of life gathered in one room with one purpose: to ignite the fire within and pass it on. Young women just finding their voice sat beside seasoned leaders who have walked the road. Wisdom met wonder. Experience met fresh vision. And every woman left knowing she belonged.
Through powerful keynotes, honest panel discussions, and hands-on workshops, we explored leadership, mental health awareness, work-life balance, and what it means to build a shared vision for the future. Each woman was encouraged to consider how her experience, ideas, and purpose could help move the next generation forward.

Where the Movement Grew

One year after the first step, the circle grew wider.
More than 60 women gathered for our second annual EmpowerHer Summit, hosted by Dr. Valarie W. Harris and presented by Stepping Out with Purpose, LLC.
Building on the foundation laid in 2024, this summit expanded the EmpowerHer vision by focusing on connection and cross-generational learning. Women at different stages of life and leadership brought their experiences, questions, ideas, and aspirations into the same room. Younger women found guidance. Seasoned women found fresh perspective. And together, they discovered how much each generation has to give the other.

Every movement starts with a first step. This was ours.
In 2024, we opened the doors to our first annual EmpowerHer Summit, and women answered the call. At the EmpowerHer Women Influencers Summit, attendees were encouraged to recognize the influence they already carry and to use it with purpose.
Our focus on stepping outside comfort zones helped women build confidence and consider meaningful next steps in their personal, professional, and leadership journeys. They came carrying experience and gifts. They left knowing their influence was real and their voice was needed.
