Because whatever has your focus will eventually shape: • Your faith • Your emotions • Your decisions Isaiah reminds us that perfect peace is not promised to busy minds—it’s promised to steadfast ones. Steadfast means anchored, settled, fixed, unwavering. Peace isn’t about the absence of pressure. Peace is about the presence of trust. Distractions don’t always show up as “bad things.” They often come disguised as: • Urgent emails • Good opportunities • People’s expectations • Unfinished assignments • Your own fears pretending to be “responsible” But just because something is pulling on you doesn’t mean it’s assigned to you. Sometimes your peace is leaking not because your vision isn’t clear—but because your focus is divided. And division is one of the fastest ways to drain peace. Isaiah 26:3 reminds us: peace is protected when our minds are stayed on Him— not on outcomes, not on opinions, not on pressure. When your trust is rooted in God, your focus becomes disciplined. When your focus is disciplined, your steps become aligned. • 👉 Focus is a form of obedience. • 👉 Peace is confirmation that you are aligned. Take a moment to pause and reflect: 1. What has been competing for space in my mind? 2. What am I carrying that God never assigned to this season? 3. Where is God asking me to narrow my focus—not expand my effort?
